Air is directed through an external plenum to the legs, ensuring a consistent supply of air to the entire system.
Superior drying designed and tested extensively over 15 years, Bridgeview’s Jet Stream Air helps you manage grain in tough conditions year after year. By providing even airflow throughout the bin, this system delivers exceptional cooling and drying performance, ensuring your crop remains in peak condition.
Triangular Aeration Legs: Utilizes two to six steep, perforated triangular legs that extend to the outer diameter of the cone for uniform air distribution.
Easy Cleanout: The steep profile of the legs and tapered cover panels is designed to shed grain easily, preventing hang-ups during unloading.
Impact Resistance: Uses reinforced, low-profile legs that start away from the center column to minimize structural damage from high-moisture grain falling.
Small Grain Security: Each louver features a central tang to block small seeds, such as canola, from entering the aeration ducts.
Aeration is an essential tool for dealing with the reality of tough grain. Jet Stream’s distributed leg design maximizes the contact area between air and grain while distributing air to the outer extents of the cone. This gives you the ability to condition your harvest easily, ensuring your storage remains a permanent, value-retaining investment.
For a long range vision, consider pairing Jetstream with an aeration heating system and a Grain Express loop. The ability to turn and aerate with heated air provides a great deal of extra control when conditions get tough.
Air is directed through an external plenum to the legs, ensuring a consistent supply of air to the entire system.
Bridgeview hopper cones can be pre-punched for Jet Stream when ordered as a package, or the bolt-together design can be retrofitted to most other brands.
Increase airflow with more perforations. Jet Stream nearly doubles your drying capacity versus conventional rocket-style systems.
Jet Stream Air is compatible with single-phase fan motors up to 10 hp. Larger 3-phase fan motors (up to 30 hp) are recommended for aerating larger bins.

Understanding the difference between the Jet Stream Air and conventional systems will help you determine which is better for your operation:
Jet Stream Air is a strong option for operators who want more even airflow, improved grain conditioning, and more flexibility during difficult harvest conditions. It is especially worth considering when a current aeration setup is resulting in uneven cooling, limited drying performance, or inconsistent cleanout.
Jet Stream Air may be the better choice when airflow uniformity is a higher priority, especially in operations dealing with tough grain, higher moisture levels, or inconsistent harvest conditions. Its distributed leg design helps move air across a broader area of the cone, supporting more even conditioning and drying than more centralized airflow patterns.
Fan selection should be based on bin diameter, crop type, grain condition, and whether the goal is cooling, conditioning, or active drying.
Yes. Jet Stream Air is well-suited to operations that need flexibility across changing storage conditions and grain types. For producers storing multiple crops through the season, even airflow and reliable cleanout can be especially valuable when switching between commodities or managing variable grain conditions.
The right configuration depends on hopper cone size, airflow requirements, and the level of performance needed. Standard, 3 leg systems are appropriate for conditioning while heavy duty models offer more airflow for drying applications.
Jet Stream air components are universal and can be adapted to most hopper cones. The components are designed to fit through standard manholes and no special tools are required. In retrofit applications, mounting holes must be drilled or cut for the air panels and air ducts. Air ducts are connected via an exterior plenum which keeps the interior of the cone more free from obstructions.
For standard applications, a rule of thumb is 1hp per 1000 bushels. A single phase, 10hp fan is often enough for up to a 27ft, 5 tier bin. For larger bins or more demanding requirements, customers can upgrade to 3 phase fans up to 30hp.
